PRS is one half of licensing if you play any form of music at your commercial premises (the other is PPL). If you have the radio on in your warehouse or office, you will have to pay. They are in the process of auto-dialing all UK businesses. If you call them back they will innocently ask you if you have the radio on for staff. If you say yes, you re on the hook and they will invoice you for past use even if you tell them that you ll not have music in future. Bear in mind that unless you have a public facing

Had a call from this number claiming there was something wrong with my computer.
Just had a phone call from this number, the gentleman was rude telling me I'd had an accident and need money, his English was so bad I completely misunderstood him as someone debt collecting on me. When I tried to get him to clarify what he meant he just started swearing and hung up the phone!
