No bank name was given. apparently there were two transactions going through on my card, one for Amazon and another larger sum was an international money transfer. I was invited to press 1 to cancel the transactions or 2 to confirm. Naturally I did neither.

Tells me I have been identified has having and industrial injury and wants to act on my behalf. I have never had such an injury. The caller uses a Merthyr Tydfil dialling code but on interrogation turns out to be a call centre in Liverpool. I explain I am a member of TPS and don t wont to be cold called. This number appeared on my pc to say I had a virus / computer being taken over - could not do anything with the mouse - so switched off pc with on / off button - restarted - all appears OK. (deleted history) It says it is from Microsoft The number is 02045 099603
Your site says this call came from Russia - it said I had been charged £79.99 for something and to press 1 to speak to a supervisor, which I did not do.

Constant missed calls for a week. I answered and it was a polite lady from Vodafone trying to sell me something. She knew my name as I am a customer. When I said I was busy she said she will call back another time. This number does not appear on the Vodafone authorised numbers list although it is only one digit out from a lot of their numbers.
