Its about time the TPS in this country gained real power like the US, over there if a company calls after being told not, they have to pay a fixed penalty to the homeowner. I ve left a comment as they are now seemingly going from "National Utilities" to "Concept Industries". I ve been called by this number and others today regarding a recent tenancy change at my premises. I ve owned and lived in the property for 7 years! The girl ended up putting the phone down on me after she couldn t wriggle out of a few questions I asked. A load of nonsense. Other numbers they ve used include - 01495 816006 and 01622 248006 I m also pretty certain it s the same girl who phones, ha!

Have called several times before. Have politely said "not interested" but they continue to call. They called TWICE within 5 minutes on a Sunday afternoon. Have taken to being abusive to them now. Called again the following day. They just don t get it.

Didn t answer the call and came here to check the number. Lots of these apparently foreign numbers are actually originating in the UK by using software diallers that mask the caller s true location.As other posters suggest, a good rule of thumb is - if the number looks suspicious it probably is.

Had a missed call from this number at 18.17 this evening (Wednesday 22/10). Anyone recognise it? Apparently the Grantham area. No message left.
English sounding girl calling from she claimed to be Britains biggest Domestic Insurance company. She put the phone down immediately after I said "Excuse me, who are you?". She knew my name which surprised me. And I say "But, ..." and she put the phone down. No UK Insurance company will cold call you or put the phone down.
