I called Santander and they did not recognise this number . They suggested calling on their website advertised number . I was was put through to the fraud person in 20 seconds so no hassle to call the official number

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre.
