These tried to ring my o2 phone today 04-05-2023 ive reported it to o2 as i know nobody from the liverpool area so they have no reason to be trying to call my mobile I answered it and they slammned the phone down on me but i won't be attempting to ring them back From today our prime minister has made all cold calls illegal so im hoping these types are stopped but not holding my breath because they think they are the law and can do as they want!

Silent call I have received repeated calls from this number Thankfully I have my phone on a system where unless the number is a recognized number on my Contacts List, the Call is taken as a Silent Call. The Caller never leaves a message. I am now going to Block this number as a nuisance call.

Called "as if" from a Goverment organisation saying national concern over fibreglass having been used as loft insulation, and could I confirm we had that kind of insulation. I asked her to confirm which company she was from and she hung up!

Fraud SCAM Claimed to be associated with a government scheme ECO4. This is a genuine scheme providing help with home insulation and energy efficiency for people on certain benefits. Medical = told me they were Public Health and had I had any major health problems recently. I sharply told them that was none of their business and they hung up. They had my name to ask if it was me on the line which is a bit worrying.

Oven Cleaning booking agency Freytia Enterprises called to say they couldn't refund a no show which then became a cancelled booking. Tried to pass responsibility to 3rd party. Terrible customer service.
