Posible scam callers. let the phone go to the answer machine but no message left

14 August Phoned 3.30pm noise in background when picked up phone. Hung up.

Reported to be from Homeserve but in my Opinion if really Homeserve and you have an account with them, they would write to you rather the phone to make you an offer of a lower rate. Most likely sme sort of scam

Country code 256 is for Uganda, if that helps.

The plurality of call attempts never a message was left on the answering machine. I do not go in unknown actually on it, but with this I did it but then and what was it? And they laid on! Impudence.

Automated robot followed by a rep asking you about the "accident you were in recently". Classic cold calling company. IGNORE... or have a bit of fun with them

I have had repeated call about 10 per day from the same number, 2 types of calls 1. as per above , that i owe money on credit cards 2. that the government has set up an scheme where they are freezing monthly interest payments on CC or store cards and if you have these cards you can just make a monthly payment to them instead . as i am a financial advisor i keep them talking for ages (appearing to be a bit non financial) after all it runs up their phone bill, then i wrap them in knots using my knowledge,
