Trying to collect a 'parking fine' from a private car park

Continuously being called by this number, and other numbers starting 0151 3. Despite blocking them each time, I am then called by another 0151 3 number. They just hang up when I pick up.

Said he was from National Accident UK about an accident I d allegedly had last September. This is the second call I ve had. When I asked him for the registered address he ignored me. When I asked again he hung up.

Called saying they were BT and said my router was down, told them i didn't have a computer and asked for their number but they surprisingly hung up

I just had a call from them & never picked it up. Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. I am surprised nobody else has clicked on to this yet......Doesn t sound too dodgy to me. Obviously Adrian has opted for no marketing calls from Carphone Warehouse themselves. This number has called repeatedly over the last few days. They say that they want to send you a free magazine and petrol vouchers and want you to pay £1 for postage using using a credit or debit card. When I told them I would not give my card detail across they just hung up. How rude. Obviously a scam watch out.

Asian / Indian sounding male phoned at 9pm asking if I had been involved in a car accident.

Ew, just got a call from them. They just small talked me for a bit and when I said I was busy and hung up, the manager called me back! I cut him off, told him to not call again, and hung up. Hopefully they leave me alone and don t continue to call as others on here have said.

These crooks are called Ascend Finance and are buying local numbers so that you are duped into answering their call. Do not answer and report them to OFCOM.
