This number rang me on 29/10/20 with an automated message about trying to send an amount from a visa credit card. I hung up straight away as i knew this was a scam call.

Sean, I let it ring, didn't answer, I rang 1471, to identify the number, then I went online to this point. I've no idea who called?

This caller was Volkswagen (UK) customer services to answer a letter personally I had sent to them .

This number called me and I questioned them on it. When they ask me if I use any of their cards, I said no. They hung up and refuse to accept the call.

Just received a call from this number from a very rude and aggressive woman who launched straight into her prepared speech regarding replacement windows. I told her I was registered with the TPS and should not be receiving these type of calls and to remove me from their database, she talked over me aggressively saying this was a marketing call not a sales call and that the TPS didn t cover it. spam call again from Bournemouth , don't know anyone from there (anyway) so make a note of that area code then delete the message, and no message left on the answer phone either!

I hadn t read comments until I told a friend of mine i had been for a hearing test around 5 month ago, and he advised me to read them. To my amazement its the same company i had dealt with. Sonia was polite on the initial call when asking criteria questions and when i declined to confirm my d.o.b she was happy for me to confirm this on the day. Last week i collected a cheque for just over £5,900. These guys are just doing their job, we know endless calls can be a nightmare. Keep up the good work.

When I dialed the number, it was out of order, so it looks like this call was from an overseas number that was spoofing a UK dial-back number.

Persistent calling mainly at the same time of day and upto 4 times a day, so I know which times to avoid answering the phone!
