Gigaclear trying to book an installation time, five years after selling me the service but failing to do anything about it within a reasonable timeframe.
Probable Fraud/Scam - Heavily Indian accented female called Rachel called me purporting to be working for Microsoft at the Reading Campus. Claimed there was a problem with my computer and "bad people were using it for bad things on the internet". Told me she would deactivate my computer if I didn't do what she said. Got quite rude when I told her I didn't believe her. Stalled her for 5 minutes before she hung up on me.

so so Happy In these difficult times with supply lines all over the place I have been so impressed with Contract Cars...yet again. I asked him what network was he from he hung up so clearly a scammer so ive reported his scam attempt to o2 and blicked him from ringing me ever again!
Very odd. Lady said she was doing research on behalf of a US charity into healthcare and no personal data would be taken. Asked how she got my number and she said it was 'randomly generated' by a computer. Very odd and certainly not into giving my views on our amazing NHS to a country that wants to bloody buy it off us!!
