Scam caller, who hurled foul mouthed abuse at him when I questioned where he was calling from and gobbledeegook he was spouting out at me. SCUM

Had 3 calls so far today, 1 in morning 2 afternoon, all hang up after I pick up, regardless of wait time. No one knows my landline either, so don’t know how it’s being called unless it’s malicious. Other numbers that called to same extent were 01330 560922 and 01689 814765, both equally as perplexing.

Fraud received an automated call from Amazon Prime saying an amount of £79.99 was outstanding and to press 2 to talk to customer services. Pressed 2 and a foreign gentleman told me that I-needed to resolve this situation. I told him it was a scam, he refuted it, told him again it was a scam and he needed to get a better job, he lost it and called me a white honky dumb bitch and slammed the phone down on me. Automated call . I just kept saying hello, and 'Jess from solar power' kept repeating her introductory message, with exactly the same phrasing and intonation. Clearly automated but trying to sound like an actual person. Very dodgy.
It says this is Clearanswer, a marketing company and one of BTs partners.....comments from the general public seem to suggest otherwise. A very foreign voice suggested my BT contract was coming to an end. I don’t discuss new contracts with a cold caller. When I said it wasn’t due to be renegotiated she hung up...not the sort of thing a genuine person would do.
