I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT. Yes, it s another call insisting I ve had a non-fault accident within the last three years. Telling her she couldn t be more wrong obviously wasn t clear, as she pretty much insisted once more that I d had an accident in the last three years. Staying polite with these clowns is getting more difficult with each successive call. I had to hang up on her as she was being particularly thick.
