SCAM - Just had a call saying they were contacting me about upgrading my phone, so I wasn't best pleased about being disturbed when I'm not feeling well with a very heavy cold. I knew it was a scam straight away as there was no link to my existing provider, so I informed the caller of that and told him to "Bu**er off"! Suggest others do the same.

They assume you have credit cards and or a morgage and when you inform that you have neither they just carrying on Gabby without listening....
Call with an offer of payment protection insurance. Very dodgy. Never give your credit card details to a caller! No idea where they took my number, anyway.

She then tried to give me a number to call back. I challenged her and told her I thought she not not legit. She started arguing. I said a real customer agent would not argue like that. Was called at 4.15pm on Sunday and a message was left that consisted of a full 5 minutes exactly of white noise.

This number keeps calling me I have it blocked but somehow it gets through. I answer it and can here people in the background and a lady says hello then hangs up. When I dial 1471 an automated voice said the number was not in service; this was in an American lady. This is really annoying.
