Never call unknown numbers back as you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number masked by a spoofed UK number which will be a very expensive call.
Caller left garbled, unintelligible message - sounded like something to do with energy supply?
Why would the bank be calling you though? A bank will only ever send a letter, they should never call! Do not give them any details, even if they have some already, they just need or two more from you to be able to take your details!
I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck.

I had a call from this number - claiming to be the tax office - automated service said there is a fraud case against me and if I didnt stay on the line a warrant for my arrest would be issued. I stayed on the kine for a moment then hung uo as I did not get a human. Thus was to my work phone number not my personal number - i feel it is a scam.

I was hard at work concentrating on what I was doing when interrupted by this number calling me. I did not answer. When I investigated later Google associated it with Fed-Ex tracking service. Puzzled, I called it back, only to get a recorded message saying it was a research agency. He said they could put in an appeal, no charge, but if appeal accepted then they would charge to complete the appeal and send in a surveyor. After researching it turns out anybody can put an appeal it takes a few minutes -the whole thing is a complete scam avoid at all costs.
