Santander just won t listen. A while ago Halifax was heavily fined for this type of behaviour. Keep a note of times, dates etc they phone you and report them. They are wrong when they claim to have the right to call you whenever they like to. Report them and they will all have to stop this annoying nonsense.

The person he asked to speak to, Ben , does not exist on my number or at my address and I have been plagued with calls lately from some company claiming to be something to do with the Office of Fair Trading, who also always asks for Ben , but they have the sense to block their number. I have been receiving calls claiming they are calling from open reach informing there is an issue with my broadband. They wanted me to do some thing the broadband devic. This guys are fraud and trying to gain access to your broadband and connect to your device at home and get all the information. Do not answer or report them.

i got a really rude phone call today buy this asian guy I said to stop calling he said f.ck you b.tch. Rang this number and it turns out to be back on track loans. Made a complaint and obviously nothing will be done. Im sure i am not the only one who has made complaints else there wouldnt be 50 comments below. Best thing to do is block their number. Call from a lady trying to get £249 out of me for an anti bullying campaign I had allegedly signed up to last year. She was very convincing and said I'd receive a thank you pack and what school would I like the bullying pack to be sent to. I told her I had no recollection of ever agreeing to sponsor such a thing. She gave me a web address of www.thepreventioncentre.org which shows they are legit...no such website exists, just websites that suggest this is a scam. DO NOT GIVE YOUR BANK DETAILS!
