As it has come from a mobile number I doubt very much this is legit so will follow this up with the Gov website & correct channels.

Rang about an accident. My phone is already registered and I stopped receiving any calls, however I did have an accident nearly three years ago, in the last few months I have been getting these calls. Apparently my details are available on an insurance database available to these companies.
