Received call this morning. It rang 4 time then off. Message left supposedly from Amazon. Number shown as being from Leicester. Suspect it is a scam.
They said they were calling about my O2 contract. Previous calls like this were scams. Strong Asian accent.
I received a call from an Asian sounding female saying she was from Havering council asking if I need snd housing repairs . Her accent was quite wrong snd when asked to repeat her request she huffed and puffed as if it was annoying her .

Said from BT regarding my Internet, when I questioned the caller was given abuse, definitely a scam.
I just recevied a call from this phone, in Spanish (I am in Spain) from a slavik woman who said she wanted to pay me back something from a company or similar I do not even know. So I told here to call me from UK to Spain and this issues sounds like fraud.

I told him I did not have a visa debit card and asked him to explain further. He hung up. Please be aware never to give any bank details out over the phone. Automated message supposedly 'Bank Security' regarding two recent payments made by card....1 to Amazon for £300 and the 2nd an International payment of £1000+. The usual crap is then given re pressing 1 or 2 depending on how you want to proceed. Complete load of rubbish. I get regular calls from a variety of numbers all exactly the same. They want shooting! Bloody nuisance.
