Asked her what country she was calling from and what location which she wouldn't answer, she then wanted to know if I was a private or social tennant. if like me you you replied to one of their surveys about how the service was and you scored them 1 out of 10 only because in Bangladesh high street they managed to pick the phone up so go one thing right so when they do call back they are going to have to tell me why i should stay a loyal customer or maybe speak to another telephone/broadband supplier.

This number 0131287730809 identifies it as Amazon Prime Membership renewal. It then offers 'press one' to cancel the membership. I use Amazon, but I'm not a Prime member so I pressed one to cancel. A foreign gentleman answered and I told him that I hadn't joined Prime and to return my money.
