When I asked him for the identity of the PC and its serial number so I could identify which of the 200 PCs at my location was the issue he blathered a bit and then when I asked him which of the Police Constables he wished to speak to he hung up. Sam, with an Indian accent, called today to ask about my recent car accident, which I haven t had. Said he was from UK Accident Airwise (not sure about this, asks him to repeat it 3 times but his accent made it hard to understand) Services. When I asked where the company office was based he put the phone down on me.

Many calls during the day. Some unanswered. When I did get to speak to someone, they asked for Mr John living at a completely different address. I told them it wasn t me and they hung up immediately. On subsequent calls, I kep asking them to stop as I am not mr John. They just hang up. I m on TPS and ex-directory.

I ve been getting calls from these scammers for close on 6 months now, quite often twice a day. I tried reporting them to BT s nuisance call bureau and they tried to sell me a phone that block international calls!!! It s strange how BT outsources a lot of it s services to India , (BT customer services, etc) and the scamming calls are also coming from India? I ve even had one of these scammers say he was with BT Internet, instead of the usual "I m from Windows services" or "I m from Microsoft Windows service

Called on Sat.19/9. Said it would take 2 mins. to do a survey. I agreed, but after c.6 mins. I told the Far Eastern-sounding man that his time was up and put the phone down. They then phoned back in ten mins and 1 hour later, but I didn t answer the phone. Accomplished liars irritants and time-wasters.

A company called from 01325612456 about industrial illnesses. When I asked them not to call me again and to take my number off their database they immediately hungup.
