Recruitment Consultant called Alex. Very pleasant, offering me a job opportunity. Company was called Ambrose Recruitment, specialise in Engineering and Manufacturing jobs.

A number of calls asking for Head of finance by name, won t say why, very abrupt/abrasive manner - I give them our head office number (which will take them ages to get through!)

Apparently calls from this number hang up before you can even answer the phone. No voice message left. Those who ring back that number to see who it was will find they are ringing a number charging very high rates and is nothing but a scam.
