Calls me several times a day while Im in work, if I answer no one talks, really annoying and persistant!

It seems this company is now acting on a new name of pre UK using the same telephone number. These arseholes are also calling my work place. How are they still getting away with it after all these complaints???? Surely something permanent must be done to stop them!!!! Said they were BT. Lots of background noise so I challenged with "sounds very noisy for BT". Said that I used to be a BT customer and they wanted to offer me deals to welcome me back. I asked when their records indicated I was a BT customer (they didn t know). They asked about my package. I told them Virgin TV/phone/internet and they kept upping my speed of internet. They said "You re on fibre optic then?" I confirmed I was happy with Virgin so the call ended.

Robo-caller at 0830 on a Saturday. When I answer there was the noise of a call centre then they hung up. This is Vanquis. I have no card with them, no cards at all!, yet they will not stop phoning

Just had a call from this number. I have a telephone with monitor function, i pressed the button which allowed me to listen to a call center. No one answered or spoke!

Never give any information to an unknown caller, no matter how plausible they sound.

Daily calls for a week. I finally answered it to find it was an energy company trying to get me to switch. After 14 mins on phone I told the bloke I wasn t interested and needed to end the call. The bloke then became very rude and I ended up hanging up on him. Very poor customer service.

This is from a company who cold call stratigy is to provide you a service you don't want and do not give up on calling you. They want to know if you are a home owner ect purveying to save people money whom you leave your estate to when you have left this world. What they really want is to making money for there company.
