I answered a call from this number at 2.19pm today and I could not understand what the man on the phone was saying. When I said, Sorry as in I didn't understand and wanted him to repeat what he said, he just hung up. I'm guessing it was some sort of SPAM phone call.

SCAM Fortunately, I have TruCaller home phone so pushed it straight to the "waiting" queue and as they didn't leave a message or say who was calling did not route through to the actaual phone ring. I already had this number blocked on my Mobile and in Malwarebytes as it claimed to be from BT saying there was a problem with my broadband... when I mentioned that I worked for BT as a fault engineer they immediately hung up :)
This number has rung me several times during the day in the last week or so, as I am unable to answer my mobile at work, I have not spoken to the caller but on looking up the number I m pleased that I haven t.

I phoned their number while withholding my own number and they have their number set up not to accept withheld numbers. They phoned me in January, February, March, April and today 1st of May 2018 ! lol Problem been their phoning an old dead number of mine, calls are logged (recorded) and any txt messages are forwarded to my new number. No web link or virus can be transferred to my new mobile yawn. Some times I miss the thrill of having to fight a virus on the old mobile "NOT" lol The old sim is NOT even in a mobile phone. Often in morning or evening. even up to 3 times a day. As with all unknown numbers just slide to busy tone and never answer. Nuisance. No reason for EE to call me on unknown numbers. I only get email or SMS from them on genuine Caller ID d numbers.
