saying they are from talktalk and they have "detected problems with my router". Every time they ring the number changes slightly so you can t tell they ve rung before. I am heartily fed up with these people. Each time I report the scam number to talktalk on their website. Don t know if it does any good but its worth a try.

NEVER call unknown numbers back as you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number masked by a spoofed number which could be a very expensive call.

Another unknown number..... Not sure who they are... Not going to answer it as there are to many scams out there...

This number calls most days, and say they have heard from the advice bureau that someone at this address has had an accident in the last two years. This is not correct so I say definitely not and put the phone down.

Claiming to be from Windows Technical Team, whatever that is. Said they were based in Berkshire, in Reading? very obvious scam.

Received a text from O2 telling me I had missed a call from this number but no call logged in my call log. Blocked.

Female caller, Indian accent, gave name something like Mindy, claimed to be from Talk Talk. Obviously long delays between exchanges, nothing like usual UK call quality.

Asked for my address in connection with a bank I never banked with, refused.

Answered because it was a local number to me, but found it to just be rubbish, asking for whoever is the Sky account holder. As soon as I said it wasn t me they hung up.

Some called offering to get rid of cold call, automated calls basically every type of call you don t want. For a small fee of ?1.90 per month, they would provide a box to stop the calls. Is it me or shouldn t BT be doing this for free

This recorded voice offers Government funded solar panels etc, then press 2 on keypad. I have pressed 2 to speak to the nuisance caller but only get a dialling tone

As in the other comment I was told to ring 01642850850 - this is useless. It asks you to give the name of the person and offers no other option. Since I don t know who called I was at a dead end

I received many calls last week from this number and I ve never answered because I was working. I checked online the number and I discovered that it was telemarketing from Scottish Power.

Since discovered they are called Trust money so decided to give them a taste of their own medicine and I call 0141 305 3045 and press one and then go silent when they take my call, Churlish I know but I get about 5 of these type calls a day !!!! IF we all start harassing them back maybe they will change their attitude !

Trying to sell life insurance

Claimed to be notifying me about a problem with unpaid national insurance bill and instructs to press one to prevent an automatic charge being made. Ring back gives a permanent engaged sound. SCAM

Woman phoned saying they had talked to me before and I had said I was interested in investing,i said no not me she replied well are you wanting to invest no I said and hung up

Kept calling me and hung up, so i did the same to them on repeat about 10 times, they now dont answer my call, retribution is sweet

I have no idea who called me. It rang once. I picked up the phone and the caller was gone. I do not know if this is nuisance call, scam or a mistake. My number and all other ones are recycled. It could be a mistake.

Told them I belong to the TPS , but they keep on calling & would not remove my no from the data base without me confirming my personal details... Dream on you con men - I m not that stupid!

Called to tell me about an accident i had, When untold them they just woke me up from night shift and I was not happy about it they hung up the phone

Received a Viber message - not one of my contacts and know noone in the code area. Didn't open message because suspicious.
