Unusual, they didnt put phone down as soon as I mentioned call prefernce sevrice, no junk calls and going to report the number.... quite a determined one. This number keeps on ringing me. The first time I got a call from this number I had my phone on silent as I was at work. When I tried to ring them back it says that it is not a valid number. I have not answered this number since I have no idea who they are and why I cannot call them back. Seems very suspicious to me. If you get one I would advise you do not answer.

SCAM - claims to be from BT and looks like a genuine Bristol number but it's not in use.
I keep receiving calls from this number despite blocking it - they sometimes phone up to five times a day! They always ask for Andrew, the idiot who must have mistyped his mobile number when downloading a report or who knows what from this "financial" crowd. I ve asked them politely to remove my number from their database ... to no avail. I ve said I m going to report them to the police if they keep calling me, which usually makes them put down the phone if I don t beat them to it!

saying they are from talktalk and they have "detected problems with my router". Every time they ring the number changes slightly so you can t tell they ve rung before. I am heartily fed up with these people. Each time I report the scam number to talktalk on their website. Don t know if it does any good but its worth a try.
