Ian from some unsolicited energy company telesales asking wanting to speak to the bill payer for the electricity supply. When told we were on the TPS register he kept himself on hold for a minute and said he had reported it to his manager. Well if they were a decent company they should be using the latest TPS register but obviously they are another scamming company flouting ALL the rules. Called me trying to sell something or other - looked on the net and they seem to be cold calling people at random - we are TPS registered - also seen a lot of suspected false positive comments around the net about this company saying how helpful they are - probably written by friends or employees - I didnt apreciate a cold call when I am TPS registered.

Some kind of scam - caller claims to be from Barclays and is calling about a road accident I was involved in - news to me, don't even drive!! told them to stop scamming so...

This number has called me on 3 occasions - I answered the first call and told them i did not have anything to claim back for and to remove me from their database. 2 further calls have not been answered. It s another PPI scam centre but these guys are quite aggressive.

GDPR has no relevance to these calls which use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER TRY TO RETURN A CALL to an unknown number and NEVER PRESS ...
