She told me my husband had requested a callback which I knew was a lie because he doesn t deal with this stuff over the net or phone!! when I said that he wouldn t have requested a callback she was really abusive and before she could hang up I told her how rude she was!! Trustworthy upto a point, they do collections for old furnature, but if you work for them as a volunteer, you ll find you cover the majority of the work there own staff should be doing. Because the paid staff become complaicent at there work because there on a wage and your not.

I was contacted by U Legal some months ago. The lady was very slick on the phone and stated that they had good reviews online. As soon as she mentioned payments I stopped the process as any decent company will take fees from what they claw back for you. I then checked them online and sure enough it was a complete scam! When they called back I told the woman that if anyone else called it would be treated as harassment and would be forwarded to the Police for investigation under the Protection From Harassment

Asian lady rang asking to speak to someone I've never heard of. Told her she had a wrong number, but she kept asking for the person. Then launched into a big spiel about something or other, not anything relevant to me anyway given that I wasn't the person she asked to speak to. Told her I was hanging up and she was still talking away as the phone went down!
