A young Welshman phoned my mobile today. After an unusual and suspicious delay ("Hello? Hello? HELLO?") he introduced himself as representing Winchester and Deakin and said that the call concerned my credit or some such nonsense. Anyway, I d stopped listening by this time and gave him my usual " I m sorry but we don t know each other and I never do business over the phone anyway," but he interrupted me (me, the potential client, I suppose!) to say that he would "not be spoken to like that" and would get a c

Another call from 0121 285 9455 even though I am on TPS and the Do Not Call Registry. These people are obviously not checking these lists. They are a nuisance.

Caller claimed to be from a government department in reference to an accident 18 months ago, and persisted even when I said our number was registered with the TPS. Fairly threatening, saying that if I didn t cooperate my son might be in trouble because his file would remain open .

This number keeps calling me but doesn t leave a message. Assuming it s a nuisance call or there would be a message.

No idea who it was, called the number back and the number appears to be a defunct. as a precaution block the number and avoid as likely to be a spam.

They called and asked me if I wanted invest my money in crypto. I pretended interest to know if they are expert because I work in that field and so I did some questions.I can say that it s scam. E.g. they don t know the differences between bitcoin and ethereum

I read in the press that the STAR 9500 smartphone has been found to have a factory installed trojan virus. So I disabled my STAR 9500 and moved the sim card to an old phone. A few days later the old phone reported a missed call and a text message. The message was just this number. I didn t call it back.

It should be finally done something against such people. I keep receiving phone calls, in which immediately hung up. That s idiocy.
