Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. Surely to goodness someone, somewhere, has got to put a stop to this. Who is paying for all these claims? Us, in our high insurance costs of course. It is pissing me off, big time. Stop phoning me - I was not hurt, but it is getting to the point where perhaps I should claim just to stop these calls. Two bleeding years I have been fending off these damned nuisance calls.
