I can see why this has received negative feedback, after you get past the first idiot whose only job is to get money no matter what you will get transferred to BT, I made them aware of the situation which will go through to their customer support. Automated message claiming to be Amazon and need to pay to have item delivered.

I have been repeatedly called on my cellphone from this number, no message left at any time. Have ignored because I don t know anyone in Alton, Hampshire. Phoned the number back from a private landline and got a voice mail message saying "the person at extension 251 is unavailable, please leave your name..." etc. Very annonying!

Phoned and asked to speak to me on my work mobile by my birth name (which i never use) and said the nature of his call was regarding my road traffic accident - after asking for them to remove my details he proceeded to say i sounded "well fit, so i suppose..." and i hung up.. block block block!
