having repeated calls from these, yes I do owe them money at the moment, but after years of paying without any problems this is the first time I have been one payment behind. This is the 3rd different number used by the same scammers. Unusual card transaction £300 & £1000. Odd they never tell whose card or what card and always sane amount. Need to be gulible to get conned by these numpties. If in doubt call the number on the back of your card. Never react to their suggestions. Dont be fooled.

Asked if I was acccount holder & what colour was on my router & didnt seemed fazed when I said purple ( u don't get purple lights ) was an Indian man on the phone.
