SCAM Took a few seconds to connect, then had the telltale click of a switchboard thing. Indian person saying they’re from [indistinguishable] asking how I was, I said I was fine thanks and asked how they were. They proceeded to say they have a deal with Vodafone and blah blah blah. I couldn’t be bothered to play along so I said no thank you and hung up.

SCAM They ring pretending that they have been involved in installing insulation in your loft and that there's a potential problem with it that they need someone to visit. It is all lies. Energy efficiency and insulation is a good thing, but this company is definitely a scam. They seem to be making use of standard recorded messages in response to your responses too, to make it sound like it is a human on the other end.

Received a text message at 23.00 on 1st March 2020 from 66299 stating that I have joined Just-Discounts which I have no knowledge of doing. Possible scam? Can anyone help with this....?
Many calls during the day. Some unanswered. When I did get to speak to someone, they asked for Mr John living at a completely different address. I told them it wasn t me and they hung up immediately. On subsequent calls, I kep asking them to stop as I am not mr John. They just hang up. I m on TPS and ex-directory.

Fraud - claimed to be NHS track & trace. I asked the lady where she was calling from. She said Edinburgh. So I asked her to name the 3 bridges crossing the Firth of Forth. She said "North bridge, South bridge and I don't know". Really, that was her answer! Ha ha ha.
They called me back in May offering an extra 3 GB of data for free but then my contact was reduced from 6GB to 4GB AND my bill went up £10. I did call Vodafone to sort it and they were very helpful and even refunded me. They called again today offering a free phone upgrade. Really scary how they can do this.

I have searched this number on another site and there have been many searches and reports. The calls are hostile. When information not given they swear and terminate the call. I had call from this number today and answer machine picked up. No message. I m glad I didn t take the call as would have been upset at the hostility. Scam or fishing.
