Ring several times a day before 9 a.m. and until 9 p.m. Has gone on for months. I am at my wits end. We have telephone preference. Makes no difference. Sometimes no one is there. Sometimes want to ask a few questions and argue. Not easy to cut them off. Very distressing.

called and left a voicemail for my mum (she owns the 3uk contract account for my phone)and asked her to call them back on the same number. seems a bit suspicious to me though because they have never called before even when we were behind on a payment, other people said all they hear is silence which wouldnt happen for official 3uk customer advisors calling people and the woman was barely understandable - she was obviously an indian call centre person

Although a Huddersfield code this number came up as an international call on my phone. HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS

Would not speak to me, just asked for the MD (by name) then when I wouldnt put the call through, just hung up.

Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. The caller had an extremely strong Asian/Indian accent and told me his name was Paul Simon (yeah, right!) calling from Norfolk County Council about a recent accident I d had. I told him I hadn t been involved in an accident, he said it must have been a family member (I live alone, but didn t tell him that), I repeated that he was wrong and asked who he thought had been in the accident. A man claimed he was from a company called "Speed" who rudely demand to know why I hadn t made a claim for the accident I d apparently been in. The last accident I d been involved in was a few years ago and upon hearing me start to explain this he hung up before I finished speaking. This is clearly a scam hoping to either get some personal details to allow them to commit identity fraud or to falsely extract money from me.

Received missed call this morning and voice mail message, I rang number back and got an engaged tone,most likely telesales agent who forgot to withhold their number.

Calling about an a non-existent accident in which I was supposedly innocent. Spammy claims company using a robot telemarketer.

Ambulance chaser. Never anyone on the line and number not recognised when called back. Have blocked this number.

A Google search indicates that the number, if genuine, belongs to esure insurance.
