Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. Just been called by this number to inform me my emails are being used by someone in the usa and if I follow his instructions through my computer we can solve this together. Bloody nice chap! However I do know that once connected to your computer they can lock you out unless you make payments to them. SCAM me thinks. I went on line to find landlord ins and said no to be contacted by anyone but within a few minutes they started calling and haven t stopped - very agressive - I have blocked them from my mobile now.

Usual call asking if I had been in an accident. Ironically, I work for the Citizens Advice and this month we have been campaigning to make people Scam Aware. Number has been noted and complaint will be made.

Molly from Rapid Advice Service called regarding an accident I was apparently in (at least that explains the headache i ve assumed was due to these sort of idiot calls...). Asked where she received the information from but was transferred to Soloman. He in turn hung up when I said i d like copies of the information that he stated was supplied. In short, add the number to your block list.

The caller sounded unprofessional and it was clear they were having a joke and banter as I could a lot of laughing in the background. They asked for the wrong surname so wouldn t surprise me that the caller was not concentrating.
