Claimed to be from BT hacking dept. Said my connection was being used by a hacker and they would have to close down my line unless I let them install anti hacking software. During the process £1800 was stolen from my credit card and my laptop is unusable. BT says 01623744013 isn't a phone number.

Numerous calls every day now. The calls have gone from roughly 1 a month to multiple calls a day. Despite blocking them on my phone, they use a different number every time. Now it s Silvershine Services and last month it was Smile Cloud services. Asked her if she was aware of the time and answered very brazenly "Yes it s very early" told her that we were not interested but she carried on so told her to "F**K OFF" and hung up.
