Phoned 14h00 GMT 05/02/20 claiming to be on behalf BTOpenreach. Had I noticed slow broadband speeds; were my modem lights flashing; what colour were they? AT this point I told him (male, Indian/Asian accent) That I thought he waas wastng my time. I heard him shouting at me as I was hanging up.
12 calls in the last 24 hours from this number. Answered first call and was told they were to do with PPI, I immediately asked to be removed from calling list caller then became rude and abusive. No further calls answered, this seems to not deter them at all, and is bordering on criminal harassment.

This company will ask to speak to owner of the business, then they will say that they are updating you on the support you gave for in my case a school, they will then tell you the info pack you agreed to has now been printed and sent and your bill is £££. Just persevere and refuse any claims they make that you 'apparently' agreed to and they will hang up. I just said I don't do any sort of support or external advertising.

Very Heavily accented caller on a poor line which I suspect originated overseas. SCAM / SPAM This must be a scammer as I had to go to voicemail to find out who it was and it is someone claiming to be from HMRC and asking me to press number keys for more information. This would most likely divert me to another number and leave me open to some kind of fraud. Number now blocked. If it really is HMRC they have my address and email address.
