It's a scam do NOT trust the people that tell you it's the official number. Ive had a chat with support and they cannot confirm this number and told me not to call that number at any cost. There's even a natwest clone website that could trick many people . Its professionally done and natwest should do something about this immediately as it's one of the top links on google search.

These numbers with various ending digits, are driving me crazy. calls several times a day and despite blocking number each time, they still call.

Apparently I have had an accident, I have been called 3 times now by this number, despite telling them I have never had an accident.
Fraud Phone company is investigating this number based in Yorkshire as they found it was linked to my pay monthly account. So knew my personal details and set up a new line! I only found out about it due to a different investigation regarding “crossed lines” or someone basically listening in on my calls! Not only were they listening to calls but seemed to know who I was, this by quoting my full name before the call connected. I ONLY ever phone anonymously! ...we shall see...
