01986684739 Caller (Paul Smith) with a very strong indian accent, claimed to be from Virgin Media technical team - did not do any security. Asked me what colour light was on WiFi box. I asked him why no security? He said he was regulated by OFCOM and not allowed to take any personal details. He claimed to have my service record number, all his calls are recorded, the call would not cost me anything and was calling to help me with issues with my internet that have flagged up on their system and malware. Same as the other comments, a man with Asian accent claiming he was from British Telecom technical services or something like that. He asked with fake interest how are you today?. When I angrily said I had been well until the moment he phoned, he hung up.

This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. I had a few missed calls from this one, probably some call centre robocaller testing my number? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Haven't found any info for this one, does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back.
