Received a text from this mobile number claiming to be First Direct Bank, with a link. Apparently my account has been suspended, tap link to verify activity. I am not with First Direct and why would a bank be texting anybody? These texts with links are designed to trick us into installing scamming software on our phones. Please do not tap on these links. Very rude man. Called my mother a liar several times when she said she didn't have a computer, which she never has had one. He ended the call by saying "get off the line you liar" in a very rude and nasty way.
Constant calls no one speaks
Calling reportedly as Virgin, offered no confirmation of any account details. All they could say is that the call was being reported and I had problems with my router. 1st of two calls hung up on me. 2nd couldn't answer simple confirmation question.
