DANGER ! Definitely Spam. Lady with Indian accent as O2 customer service telling me they had received multiple complaints about signal problem. I said I was satisfied with signal coverage. She then tried to give me a number to call back. I challenged her and told her I thought she not not legit. She started arguing. I said a real customer agent would not argue like that. Went with it - he checks you're old enough to be vulnerable (65-85 or 85+) and that you're the home owner and takes a surname. Bloke from Protec loft insulation calls you back to arrange the visit to take money off you for something you don't need.
