I am still awaiting my payment, it has been almost a month and now Leanne Campbell refuses to take calls from me. When we rang businesses we was told to withhold the phone number, now I know why!

I asked for the address of the office so that I could write to the company. All he would say that it was in Aldershot.

Male caller. Said company was based in Newcastle but admitted to being in the Philippines. Refused to connect me with his supervisor and was not interested in TPS. Wished me a 'nice day' and hung up.

Nuisance calls. My phone rings and when I answer there are clearly voices (ie. call centre or similar) but they just hang up.

I had this letter also looks very official and had my correct insurance number on it as reference.
