Car accident scam

call dropped when answered.

unknown number calling almost every day.. didn't answer..

Fed up of these calls how many times do you tell them you have not had an accident now blocked the number.

I called Barclays on 03457 345 345 only to be told this numbers has switched to 0345 600 45 40. I called this number and followed the exact same instructions that you would normally be asked only something didn't feel quite right about it. I called back the 03457 345 345 number which worked this this time and spoke to a gentleman on the Fraud team who advised me this was not one of their numbers and this was most definitely a fraud attempt. I have now had my card cancelled and had to change my security ques

keeps calling no answer

We have 2 phones sending 2051 sms. Both are Nokia C21 plus and appear to have been hacked or have malware in stock ROM. Other owners of this phone are reporting the same problem. Supposedly from HMRC, threatening me with arrest if I did not click on No 1. I knew HMRC do not contact you by mobile phone, I regard this as dangerous and threatening

This number called me times today, I answered the last one by no one spoke. Thanks to this site, now are now on my block list.

Pretty sure this is a scam number I’ve had the exact same call before asking for me to read out a code from a text I’d get sent from O2 put the phone down and called o2 myself and they said it was a scam

Call about the latest 'bank scandal', apparently the company can claim money back to 1980 for misspelling, bad charges etc. I imagine that if it's similar to PPI, this is something you can do yourself.
