claimed to be from the security department (but didn't say of which bank/credit card company) claimed to have identified two probably fraudulent transactions. invited me to press 1 to cancel or 2 to speak to someone. I pressed 2, but the line went dead. Looks to me very much like a scam.

In the last month I have had 20 calls from the same area but different numbers. I've logged this as a scam because if itwas genuine the caller would have answered or left a message. RAC called to check if I m aware my breakdown cover will lapse today. Even after advising that I was happy letting it lapse there was no hard sell, no pressure.
