I Got the call twice from this number to my mobile phone within a week. First time its disconnected as soon as I picked the call. Caller asked to speak to person who wasn t in. Told to phone again after 6pm (4 hours away). Received 2 further calls from this number within 30 minutes of original call so caller obviously doesn t listen.

Called me today at 8.30am. Disconnects if you return call.

Phone automatically blocked the number but on phoning it back got a very apologetic message basically saying the number had been hijacked by foreign scammers and that the matter was in the hands of ofcom, just block the number and give absolutely no information whatever to them as it could be used for identity fraud.

I was called from this number and the caller was very insistent / pushy about the fact that I MUST be owed PPI compensation otherwise they would not be calling. They required bank / credit card details and when I said I had already received compensation from my bank, the call was terminated by them without explanation.

Called and left message about tax avoidance

I have TPS but get constant cold calls and this is one number that keeps popping up. When you ask them who they are they hang up but they are tring to sell a landline contract.

2 weeks ago I answered and a lady with very little knowledge in englsih talked to me. She could not say the company name or anything. I told her to delete my cell phone number completely and said I wasn t interested at all in anything she could say. Despite this that number has called me in average 2-3 times a day... for 2 weeks.. As there is no company name to be told - I suspect they re nothing but hackers.. But can t say for sure.

I no it's an Halifax number. They have rung me a few times. Has I don't recognise the number I have not answered it.
