Called twice in the space of 5 minutes, first time I answered they hung up after I said hello. Second time they asked for me by name, I asked who they were calling on behalf of and they hung up again.
Got a call from this number - silence on the end, so hung up. If you try ringing them back it rings twice before cutting off. Suspected automated daller trying to identify active numbers. Blocking is advised.

SCAM Some foreign (Indian as usual) scammer phoned and asked Mr (me by name) I answered yes and they said they were (English name, obviously made up and theirs for the day) and from Life Insurance. He said with an accent he’s from the phone warehouse. When I replied I don’t know anyone there he hanged up.
