DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER Fraud call. Pretending to be BT with a fault in the internet. I happen to have a fault so nearly fell for it, tried to get me to download a programme which would have infected my computer and obtained bank details. Have informed BT the callers were rude and offensive when I questioned their activity.

Oriental sounding woman called who had my full name, telling me that the UK pension rules had changed and that the call was from the Government to advise me on those changes. Asked about what kind of pensions I had. At that point I politely ended the call. seemed to be a fact finding call about me for nefarious reasons. If I want pension advice I can speak to a qualified advisor or look at a website. Sounded as if the call was scripted as she couldn t / wouldn t answer my questions.

This woman could not pronounce my name, she says shes from Carphone Warehouse, all she wanted is my Bank Details and how long have I been with my Bank, I put the phone down on her and reported the number. Do NOT give out any off your Bank details or your name, they will clean you out. SCAM. DANGEROUS.
