Scam they say they are from your bank and there is a problem with your account, they ask you to press 1 and you are put through to another person who asks you for your bank details
Also, I just tried phoning the number back and it doesn't even exist - so somehow the scammer is making out that they are phoning from a local number to look more legit.

Received a call from this number today, automated voice claiming to be from Amazon to confirm a membership fee of 79.99 has been removed from my account! Total FRAUD and SCAM! This number was 1 of many "001312" commencing numbers which have call for this activity!
Keeps calling, never leave message, when I call back just get a recorded message saying call is important and will be handles by next available agent then phone goes dead.

The company is known as go4ukloans , they call you to tell you that you have been approved for loan that does not exist as they are not loan company but bunch of people who scam people to take money of them. They will ask you to make the first payment of your loan for the loan to be sent in your bank. Don t believe them. Don t send them any money !!

SCAM foreign-sounding (Indian/Asian) man purporting to be from O2, saying my sim card is being discontinued and I'd get a new one. At same time had two texts with a code - deleted both and hung up on call.
Had a call from 01497 874850. From BT Openreach regarding untrustworthy downloads from Facebook / Google. Wanted me to connect to a page on internet to check security has not been compromised. When challenged (ie no problems noticed, I would not connect to any page while on the phone - I would contact BT myself), they hung up. Obvious telemarketing / scamming.

The person who called me said she was from M$ and "your computer was sending errious....." at that point i polity said "you are a lying cucking custard and i wont let you into my computer" i think i managed to get as far as let you, when she hung up :) normaly i just kept them talking, as that means they waste their time and call cost and some one else avoids being rung for some time. but she caught me at a bad time. Calls several times a day, every day. Whenever I answer the line goes dead so unable to identify the caller.
Untrustworthy. Asked for my passport and driving licence details in order to retrive some funds for me. Said she had an FCA licence and was regulated. Needless to say that she promised to send me her registration details for me to check but never did. Definitely a scam.
