A young Welshman phoned my mobile today. After an unusual and suspicious delay ("Hello? Hello? So I tried calling the number to see who this caller was and a operater responded that the number was dialed incorrectly. But I don t know how it could of been dialled incorrectly, because I didn t dial it as I just pressed the button on the phone to call the number back.
