He has children and he is working from home scanning innocent former customers of talktalk. Assholes in talktalk keep selling data of former customers and the list is never stop circulating. Legitimate BT Text Service. Safe to listen to the call to find out who it is from or it will keep ringing. You will be told the name and number of caller. May be important eg hospital appointment or company not realising they have your landline no. More info on the BT website "About BT text".

Just spoken to O2 regarding this number and the calls my wife had been getting. They confirmed that the number does belong to O2 and is not a scam, it is their Customer Research (for want of a better description) calling to ensure she was getting the right deal for her and to see if she wanted to upgrade, so I suppose they re Market Research/Sales. Perfectly safe to answer. If in doubt, just don t give answers to questions you feel uncomfortable about.

AMAZON Authentic-sounding, recorded woman's voice claimed to be from "Amazon" advising that membership fee had been deducted from my account and gave me two options to press for follow up.
