I get several calls per week sometimes per day always a recorded message requesting Nasir Hussein to ring back urgently, quoting ref no. I have called 3 times notifying them that the no does not belong to a Hussein. They are very apologetic-but the calls still keep coming. I now ignore but it is highly annoying

Called us trying to get us to “renew” a care plan, and only wanted our bank account details so they could send us renewal details. Claimed that “under GDPR, they could not retain those details”. Scam is to get Yr correct information name dob.. address and ask u for the 2 letter and 2nd 4th letter of your national insurance number then they say it does NOT match put u in fear that if u don't confirm correct details BTW now with NI BUT with 1st letter, 1st 3rd and last letter of NI. Convincing u if it was a scam why hv they not asked for bank details Ah so they can open account with Yr now given credentials.

called me to close down a RTA file, said he needed to confirm some information before it could be closed, i said just close it as i dont know anything about it and my insurance company deals with everything, said he cant close it without confirming information with me, he said he wouldn t waste his time by asking me this as it has to be done to be able to close the file, i just replied so you are wasting my time? and then put the phone down, blocked number

Said he was from an IT company that I had used recently, when I asked where he got my number from overrode my questions saying he had got it from a database and continued saying I had used one of there services recently. Told him my number was on TPF and he replied not interested and it didn t concern him what I was on. Very aggressive male caller refusing to listen. ended up telling him (very rudely) to go away and hung up
