Keep calling and hang up when I answer

Also got a call today. No message left.

Didn t answer as unwanted cold call from a number I don t know, but searching it after on the net.

I keep being called from this number on my mobile and landline asking to speak to my son who died 2 years ago. I have told them numerous times over the past two years but the calls keep coming.They just don t give up!

Called house phone and mobile today said it was regarding a accident , claims scam don't answer.

This number is very active in harassing people at the moment. Saw on Scottish Power Twitter today customer complaint of this no. SP replied to DM Scottish Power with their number and they would remove from dialar. S P s admission it s their number ! Will S P remove their number ? Probably not, I know them only too well unfortunately, dirty.

Scam email! Details requested, supposedly from 02, regarding problems with processing payment!

missed call when i rang it back line just goes beep then cuts off. Bad sign - trustworthy companies have a recorded message explaining who they are, etc. Did a bit of research - very worrying. consumer websites show people being asked for their bank card details then fees being debited that they werent expecting. Sounds like a scam or at least very, very sharp practise. Avoid answering or block number, is my advice.

She said she was from CarPhone Warehouse. Knew my name. Tried asking me about paying too much for my current phone. Not been called by them before by them and don't have a phone from them. Might be a legit desperate sales call.

Called claiming to be from Talktalk saying I had been infected by a virus and wanting control of my computer. The same thing happened yesterday from a different 01234 number.

Sounded like a Indian call centre in back ground, the line went dead!

GOT DAM STOP CALLIN ME

At first I got quite scared when I started getting these calls. I have read a lot about telephone scams where they want to extract your financial data (Net banking PIN, Credit card details etc.) in the name of survey. For this reason I started declining calls from this number. Searching for the owner of this number on the web, I found out that this number belongs to a legitimate lead generation and lifestyle survey company named Simply Outbound. They even gave their grievance cell number online so that a
