So I suggested as I was registered with them I should not be getting any marketing calls. She was apologetic and wished me good day before ending the call.

I have just found out that my 94yr old mother has been cold called by this Company and persuaded her to buy insurance for washer and cooker that she did not need last took payment for £228 in sept 2017 then £258 in Dec It seems that they took the 2nd payment because they already had her card no.
